My approach to therapy is collaborative, straightforward, and respectful. A good rapport, with a sense of humor, is an important part of helping share difficult experiences. Because feeling comfortable with your therapist is essential, I offer a 30 minute consultation at no charge for us to learn more about each other and see if we are a good fit.
