I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is an approach that is focused on building and using coping skills to improve relationships with others and your ability to cope with stress and conflict more effectively. I am also a level 2 trained EMDR therapist, which is a therapeutic method that was designed to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, but has also been found to be extremely helpful in the treatment of anxiety, panic, phobias and depression.
