I offer
supportive and effective therapy to teenagers, individuals, couples and families. Often my clients are dealing with feelings of depression or anxiety or they are going through a difficult time or a time of transition. My teenage clients may be having problems at school or with family or they may be feeling sad and withdrawn.
For all clients the first step is to offer you a safe environment where you can look at your life, your feelings and your choices free from judgment or criticism. I do this with warmth, humor and genuine respect and acceptance for my clients.
Then we examine what is happening in your life, how you want to change what is happening and we figure out the steps and the skills to do so. I help you see the strengths and abilities you already have and I support and guide your growth in coping, problem solving and finding the joy in your life.
